🗺 📍 Sixense Polska has been entrusted with a second tunnel monitoring project in Sulejówek. The project consists of the construction of a two-lane road tunnel, a footpath, and a path under the Warsaw-Terespol railway line. The collision-free crossing is expected to reduce traffic congestion on the Warsaw ring road. 🛣 🚧
🔎 Our monitoring is crucial for rail traffic safety. The system is set up to automatically send notifications to stakeholders when set thresholds are exceeded. Measurements are made available immediately, allowing the situation to be monitored in real time. The automated system eliminates human error and is virtually maintenance free, increasing its reliability.
✅ During the work, our Cyclops system continuously monitors the stability and displacement of the tracks in all three axes: x, y and z. Monitoring is particularly important because the tracks are not out of service during the work and trains run without interruption, excluding occasional night work.
💬 “This is my first project after joining the team, which I have led from the very beginning, and I am grateful for the trust placed in me. All parties involved in the investment process care about smooth communication, so I am even more satisfied with the cooperation” – emphasizes Paula Piela, Project Manager at Sixense Polska.
The project is financed by the National Reconstruction Plan and implemented in cooperation with the Minsk District and the City of Sulejówek. The project investor is PKP PLK and the contractor is INTOP Warszawa Sp. z o.o. The investment is scheduled for completion in the 2nd quarter of 2025.
🤝 We would like to thank everyone for their participation and cooperation in this project. We are convinced that our activities will contribute to increased safety and more efficient communication between the parties involved.
