Environmental responsibility is not a box to tick. It is a discipline.
Every year, the VINCI Group comes together for its Environment Day, a moment for companies across the group to share best practices and challenge how we think about our impact. #Sixense Middle East was glad to join #Freyssinet Middle East again as host for this year’s session.
This year’s theme cut straight to the hardest question the industry faces: Towards 100% Circularity. As raw materials grow scarcer and demand keeps climbing, how does a sector built on concrete and steel move from using resources to genuinely reusing them?
Representing Sixense were our General Manager, @NADA Ahmed, and our QHSE Manager, @DUPONT Guillaume, in the room with the management team from Freyssinet Middle East and their QHSE Manager, @SAADEH Samer, who led the session. Different companies, one table, the same question to answer.
For Sixense, that conversation lands close to home. A project’s environmental impact reaches well beyond the structure itself, and seeing that full picture, measured and understood rather than assumed, is what environmental responsibility really demands.
That is the mindset we bring to infrastructure across the region: rigorous, evidence-based, and built to perform without costing more than it should to the world around it.
