Successful Mission for Sixense Helimap in Ecuador

In January 2024, our teams travelled to Ecuador to carry out a high-density LIDAR and photogrammetry survey over 424 km² of mountainous terrain.

🌋 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲: rugged and difficult terrain! Our helicopter-borne LiDAR solutions were the ideal choice to track the complexity of the landscape while ensuring the accuracy and quality of the results.

🔍 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲: to determine a new location for an existing pipeline in an unstable area. To do this, we scanned a complex mountainous area to produce accurate and detailed DTM mapping.
